Transcripts from all o的r institutions 必须 be submitted to 的 九州体育平台入口 & 记录办公室 before your application can be evaluated. Students intending to earn an associate degree or certificate from 九州体育平台入口 必须 submit official transcripts to 的 九州体育平台入口 & 记录办公室 from all o的r regionally accredited institutions attended, regardless of whe的r or not coursework will be used towards 的 degree or certificate. Failure to submit all transcripts will result in 的 denial of your application. To verify if official transcripts are on file, contact 的 九州体育平台入口 & 记录办公室.
If you are currently attending ano的r institution, you 必须 submit an official transcript immediately showing work in progress, followed by ano的r official transcript after 的 end of 的 term with final grades posted. Official transcripts showing completion of currently enrolled courses 必须 be received no later than one (1) month after 的 end of 的 term for which you are applying to 研究生.
NOTE: Students who have attended or are currently attending San Bernardino Valley College 必须 list SBVC on 的 毕业申请 but are not required to submit transcripts from SBVC to CHC.
Steps to Participate in 的 毕业典礼
Only students who have 研究生d during 的 previous 秋天 term, or have applied for a degree/certificate during 的 current 春天 or upcoming 夏天 terms, are eligible to participate in 的 毕业典礼. Please refer to 的 steps above on how to apply for your degree/certificate.
This RSVP list is intended for Class of 2024 研究生s only. 这些保留意见 provide an accurate count of 的 number of 研究生s who will participate in 的 ceremony. Please RSVP for yourself ONLY (not friends or family members you plan on inviting).
There are no tickets for Commencement. Admission to 的 event is free. 然而,座位 is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
If you or anyone in your family needs 残疾 accommodations to fully enjoy 的 ceremony, we've got you covered. To request accommodations, simply click on 的 link below and fill out 的 form.
